Register a New Manufacturer's Warranty

Accident Protection Plan

We offer an accident protection plan through Guardsman.  This plan takes over where the manufacturer’s warranty leaves off so you can enjoy your new furniture worry-free and make the most of your investment!

How does it work?

What would you pay for peace of mind? The Guardsman accident protection plan protects your purchase from stains, accidental damage and everyday wear and tear for the life of the plan.  Have an issue?  If you purchased an accident protection plan, contact Guardsman and they will coordinate the cleaning, repair or replacement of your furniture.

What do I do?

If a problem should arise that you feel is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, contact the Royal Heritage Home Furnishings® authorized store from whom you purchased your bedding or furniture and he will assist you in processing the manufacturer’s warranty. The original bill of sale and the product number are necessary for the fulfillment of the warranty. Please make sure any claim for warranty service is accompanied by the necessary information to satisfy the manufacturer’s warranty requirements. Our stores will communicate the warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Royal Heritage Home Furnishings® is not responsible for scheduling or the cost of transporting your furniture from your home to our store or from our store to your home. You must make those arrangements. If our stores has moved and you need service, contact Royal Heritage Home Furnishings® in writing.
